Terms and Conditions

1. The new card reward is limited and available to (a) the first two hundred (200); (b) new; (c) first time BloFin Wallet Card holders; and (d) meets the minimum spending requirement during the campaign period (“Eligible Participant”) on a first come first serve basis. For the avoidance of doubt, ONLY Eligible Participants that have applied and are approved for a BloFin Wallet Card during the campaign period are eligible for the Cashback. BloFin Wallet’s decisions as to whom constitutes and can be deemed as an Eligble Participant are conclusive and final.

2. This campaign may not be eligible for certain participants in certain regions (including but not limited to restricted jurisdictions as provided in BloFin Wallet’s terms of use).

3. This campaign is available for transactions in travel, transport, fashion, restaurants, and beauty & wellness. Any transaction that falls outside these categories, or withdrawals to e-wallets, prepaid wallets and holding accounts, are not eligible for campaign.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the campaign doesn’t apply to any refunded and/or reversed and/or charged-back transactions. MCCs that aren’t eligible for this promotion may include, but are not limited to:

1. E-wallet, prepaid or digital account top-ups or transfers (e.g. MCC 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051, 6540);

2. Personal transfers to individual accounts via e-wallets (e.g. MCC 7299); and

3. Tomorrowland transactions.

Note: MCCs are assigned by the merchant’s acquiring bank. The same brand may be coded differently depending on Eligible Participant’s location.

Notwithstanding the above, BloFin Wallet shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine which transactions are ineligible, abusive, or high risk for the campaign. Consequently, BloFin Wallet shall also have the absolute and sole discretion to determine which transactions are eligible for the campaign.

5. Refund clawback: If a refund causes cumulative net spending to fall below a tier threshold, all rewards already distributed at that tier and any higher tiers will be clawed back (deducted from the Card balance or recorded as a negative balance).

6. The rewards will be distributed to the Eligible Participant’s BloFin Wallet Card in 3 working days after the user meet reward requirements.

7. All participating users must strictly abide by the BloFin Wallet Terms of Use. BloFin Wallet reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities deemed unlawful, fraudulent or harmful by BloFin Wallet’s sole discretion. BloFin Wallet may, at its absolute and sole discretion, disqualify any participants for this campaign without reason.

8. This campaign is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Eligible Participants should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable in light of Eligible Participants’ financial condition and risk tolerance. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. 9. BloFin Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign and/or the terms of this event, at any time, without notifying users in advance.
